**Usage of any private made images with/through processing AI is prohibited and you will be blacklisted from purchase.

TOS

General

- You must provide a clear image reference. If your reference is unclear, your commission could be inaccurate to your design.-Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.-Please be patient and professional with me. If you are curious to where your art is progress wise, you can check my Trello.
You are always welcome to ask for a progress picture if you are curious or ask for changes during the sketch stage.

Payment

-Commissions must be paid in full after I have submitted a sketch of your work to be approved.-I accept venmo, cashapp, and paypal as payment options.

Process

-Work In Progress will be given if the commissioner personally ask for it.-WIPs might be given as well if I the artist, wonder something about the commission.-The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on;
order of queue, complexity, health, work, etc.

==Changes & Satisfaction

-I will do everything I can to make my customers happy,
however after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
( small coloring/marking mistakes. )-Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
( outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to illustrate your piece.)-If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.-Make sure that when I send you the sketch you specify what you want changed and approve of those details/plan them out ahead of time.

==Cancel & Refund policy

-I have a right as the artist to cancel/refund a commission at any time.-Refunds will not be given under normal circumstances.-If you absolutely need one you will only recieve 50%.-Do not file a chargeback on me without at least notifying me first.(
Charge back’s ruin credit, take away account privileges, etc.)

==Copyright

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site.
Publish books with.
Post wherever I desire.My work will not be used to train AI in any present or future projects in any capacity

==Commissioner Rights

The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
